Search Names and State
The site search widget asks for first name, last name, and state. Submitting it places those values in the address of the local report-builder page. That page displays the entered name and state, then builds a link to an affiliate provider using the same values. If you choose to continue to that provider, it receives the information under its own terms. The widget does not ask for a date of birth.
Direct Messages
These pages do not publish a private-site email address or message form. Do not send personal information about a case to a county court or sheriff contact expecting that office to reach the site operator. Those offices are independent government agencies.
Data We Gather Automatically
The hosting service may process ordinary technical request information to deliver pages and protect the service, such as:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Browser Storage
The local search script does not set a cookie or use browser storage. This project does not include a local analytics tag in the page template. Hosting providers, advertising, affiliate destinations, or linked services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under separate policies. Browser controls can limit cookies, though an external service may not work as intended afterward.

No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, maintain, compile, or sell warrant databases or personal court records. It publishes general routes to Jones County courts and the Sheriff's Office. Search widget entries are not stored in a county warrant index by this site; instead, the entered values travel through the report-builder page and may be sent to an affiliate if a visitor chooses its outbound link. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
The site search widget itself is local, while the report-builder page creates an outbound affiliate link to TruthFinder. Following that link transmits the name and state used for the report to the affiliate destination. Its collection, retention, pricing, and use practices are governed by its own terms and privacy notice. Review those terms before continuing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to county or city government pages, courts, Texas state resources, or affiliate services. The destination operator controls its page and data practices. A click on a partner link is a transfer to that separate site; review its privacy notice before supplying additional information.
External advertising and affiliate services may use tracking technologies on their own pages. This site does not control those systems.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- The affiliate destination, if you follow its report link
- The hosting provider processing page requests
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Internet transmission and storage carry security risks. We cannot promise that a website, host, or external provider will never experience an incident. Avoid entering sensitive case details into the search widget or a third-party service unless you understand how that service handles them.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not designed to collect information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child entered information into the report flow should use the external provider's published privacy process for information it received. This site does not publish a private message address for removal requests.
Your Data Rights
Privacy rights depend on the applicable law, the information involved, and which organization holds it. Search values sent to an affiliate must be addressed with that provider through its own privacy request channel. The site does not publish a separate request inbox, so do not direct a site-operator request to the Jones County Sheriff's Office or a court.
